Return the product very well packed in a bag, to avoid damage during transport, using the services of the cooperating carriers of the Geniki Taxydromiki Courier.
Your package inside should contain:
1. the product you return, in its box and in excellent condition with the product not containing damage and not being used.
2. the form with the details of the order and the retail receipt.
The parcel is delivered to the cooperating transporters of the Geniki Taxydromiki Courier at the recipient's expense.

RETURN POLICY
Ο καταναλωτής μπορεί να ασκήσει το δικαίωμα της υπαναχώρησης εντός 14 ημερών από την παραλαβή της παραγγελίας του και να ζητήσει επιστροφή χρημάτων. Για να γίνει η επιστροφή χρημάτων πρώτα οφείλει ο καταναλωτής να επιστρέψει στο κατάστημά μας το προϊόν ( οι όροι είναι ίδιοι όπως και στη πολιτική αλλαγών) και μετά θα επιστραφεί το ποσό της αγοράς συν τα έξοδα αποστολής αν υπάρχουν. Οπότε μόνο τότε μπορεί να καθυστερήσει η επιστροφή των χρημάτων άνω των 14 ημερών, αν δηλαδή δεν έχει επιστραφεί ακόμη στον αρχικό αποστολέα το προϊόν. Τέλος διευκρινίζεται ότι η επιστροφή των χρημάτων μπορεί να γίνει με τον ίδιο τρόπο που πραγματοποιήθηκε η πληρωμή, και όχι αποκλειστικά μόνο μέσω κατάθεσης σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό.
